A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

45% PROVIDING PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
PRM • THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
PR WITH ORDINANCE 85-33.
INT_ WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 85-33, the cost of
IND abatement of certain nuisances, including administrative
costs actually incurred by the County shall be assessed
against such property; and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to each I
parcel shall be calculated and reported to the Board of t
County Commissioners, together with a description of said CDo
