4. All handwritten strike-through and revisions have been initialed by the County Attorney's n/a
Office and all other parties except the BCC Chairman and the Clerk to the Board
5. The Chairman's signature line date has been entered as the date of BCC approval of the JH
document or the final negotiated contract date whichever is applicable.
6. "Sign here"tabs are placed on the appropriate pages indicating where the Chairman's
signature and initials are required.
7. In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip
should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE.
Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA AUTHORIZING FINAL
ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN ROADWAY AND
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN FIDDLER'S
CREEK PHASE 3, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO
THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 40, PAGES 85 THROUGH 100; RELEASE
OF THE MAINTENANCE SECURITY; AND
ACCEPTANCE OF THE PLAT DEDICATIONS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on
June 25, 2002 approved the plat of Fiddler's Creek Phase 3, Unit One for recording; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed and maintained the roadway and
drainage improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as
required by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 04-41, as
amended); and
WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting final acceptance of the roadway and
drainage improvements and release of his maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Development Review Division of the Growth Management
Department has inspected the roadway and drainage improvements, and is recommending
acceptance of said facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance is hereby
granted for those roadway and drainage improvements in Fiddler's Creek Phase 3, Unit
One, pursuant to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 40, pages 85 through 100,
acceptance of the plat dedications, and the Clerk is hereby authorized to release the
maintenance security.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the future maintenance of
those roadway and drainage improvements will be done by the Fiddler's Creek
Community Development District 1, and Collier County will have no responsibility for
maintenance of the roadway and drainage improvements.
