Ordinance 2017-40 ORDINANCE NO. 17- 40
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2007-46, AS AMENDED,
THE WOLF CREEK RPUD, TO APPROVE AN INSUBSTANTIAL CHANGE
TO THE PUD, TO ADD A PRESERVE EXHIBIT THAT REVISES THE
PRESERVE CONFIGURATION FOR PARCELS 3B AND 9 ONLY, AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS
LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF VANDERBILT BEACH ROAD,
APPROXIMATELY ONE-HALF MILE WEST OF COLLIER BOULEVARD,
IN SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONSISTING OF 189± ACRES. [PDI-PL20160000404]
WHEREAS, on May 22, 2007, the Board of County Commissioners approved Ordinance
No. 07-46, which established the Wolf Creek Residential Planned Unit Development (RPUD); and
WHEREAS, on June 9, 2009, the Board of County Commissioners approved Ordinance No.
09-34, which amended the RPUD; and
WHEREAS, on May 14, 2013, the Board of County Commissioners approved Ordinance
No. 13-37, which further amended the RPUD; and
WHEREAS, Sobel Vanderbilt, LLC, represented by James A. Can, P.E. of Agnoli, Barber
& Brundage, Inc. and R. Bruce Anderson, Esquire of Cheffy Passidomo, P.A., filed a petition to
approve an insubstantial change to the Wolf Creek RPUD, to add a preserve exhibit that revises the
preserve configuration for Parcels 3B and 9 only, which was approved by the Collier County
Planning Commission (CCPC) on June 1, 2017, as CCPC Resolution No. 17`03.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
SECTION ONE: AMENDMENT TO EXHIBIT P, PRESERVE EXHIBIT FOR
PARCELS 3B AND 9, OF THE PUD DOCUMENT ATTACHED TO
ORDINANCE NO. 2007-46, AS AMENDED, THE WOLF CREEK
RPUD
Exhibit P, Preserve Exhibit for Parcels 3B and 9, is hereby added to the PUD Document
attached to Ordinance No. 07-46, as amended, the Wolf Creek RPUD, as attached hereto as Exhibit
"A," and incorporated herein by reference.

SECTION TWO: EFFECTIVE DATE.
