Can't get it to operate and takes pictures. 17:45(5.45pm)entire staff is leaning up trash on the ground and placing into black trash bags. Area is closed off with caution tape. Bags are left on side of control panel out of sight from passing traffic. 8/3 - 12:14pm-8 yard arrives.Staff loads trash into dumpster and Waste mgmt. empties into the garbage truck. This is done 2 times to rid all trash bags. 8yard is left in front of compactor walkway for people to use. 8/4-.46,01'. -2 additional 8-yard dumpsters arrive and placed on other side of compactor fence facing volleyball court.All trash bags have been removed and placed into the dumpster 8/5 12:31 pm all(3)8-yards are emptied. Residents continue to use. No trash noted on the ground. 8/7 16:24(4:24pm) - compactor is removed and stall is left empty for 4 days.
