Productivity Committee EMS Impact Fee Subcommitte Minutes 12/06/2005 EMS Impact Fee Subcommittee Minutes
The EMS Impact Fee Subcommittee met in the county manager's
conference room on December 6, 2005 at 10:30 am.
In attendance were subcommittee members Matt Hudson and Janet Vasey;
productivity committee member Larry Baytos; Impact Fee office experts
Paula Fleishman and Amy Patterson; EMS director Jeff Page and Golden
Gate Fire Chief Don Peterson.
The subcommittee discussed the EMS Impact Fee study and, during a
conference call with Tindale-Oliver, resolved several issues.
• Table 4 Equipment Inventory will be corrected to show that it
contains inventory for all 19 stations, not just equipment at the 9 owned
stations.
• Tindale-Oliver will determine if the EMS "leased" station identified
by Jeff Page can be considered "owned" since no lease payments are
required.
Changes will be made to the study and the subcommittee agreed to meet
again on December 21st at 1 :30 pm to consider final approval of the study.
The meeting was adjourned at 11 :30 am.
