II. Sub-Committee Reports
a. 800 Mhz - David Craig
- Funding of system has not been addressed by Board.
- City of Naples expects little growth, therefore,
their system is fine.
- County is expanding; system needs to expand.
- There is nothing further that we can do at this
time.
b. Utilities - Doug Rankin
- Problem with interdepartmental communication.
- OCPM is creating a map of Collier County sanitary
sewer system, however, the Utility Division was not
aware that they were.
- Developmental Services has only one inspector.
- Personnel Problems: lack of trust/communication.
Directions from Committee. Committee will receive a
draft copy of the subcommittee report at December 14
meeting.

III. Old Business
a. Update on County Manager's Department of Revenue,
Information Systems Department, and Solid Waste Special
Assessment, Billing software.
Implementation Plan, Phase I, Solid Waste
Billing/Collection Complaints
Phase II, Special Assessments
- OIT, Office of Information and Technology, Original
Planning Group of 14 still intact.
- G.I.S. , Real Property is heading up 5-year plan.
Foundation Layer to be established by Real
Property.
- First mandatory solid waste collection 1995.
IV. New Business
a. Workshop with Board of County Commissioners to be
scheduled for early 1995.
