Establishing a Baseline
Historical information on taxable value, permitting activity, and tax increment financing (TIF) revenue provides a baseline to measure program performance.

Next Steps
Coordination for program participation with School Board and Immokalee Fire District
Discuss process of assessment and collection with Property Appraiser and Tax Collector including administrative charges that may be required
Identify other administrative costs including interest and fees that will be passed on to participants
Determine staffing needs for the implementation, administration, and monitoring of the program
