NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COLLIER COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: Petition No. PDI-PL20160000404 filed by James A. Carr, P.E. of Agnoli, Barber & Brundage, Inc., and R. Bruce Anderson, Esq., on behalf of Sobel Vanderbilt, LLC, with respect to the property described in Ordinance No. 2007-46, as amended, the Wolf Creek Residential Wolf Creek RPUD Petition No. PDI-PL20160000404 [16 -CPS -01556/1304817/1]52 rev. 5/17/17 1 v OR 5401 PG 1623 Planned Unit Development, be and the same is hereby approved to add a preserve exhibit that revises the preserve configuration for Parcels 3B and 9 only, as shown on Exhibit A, and subject to the conditions of approval attached hereto as Exhibit B. All other applicable state or federal permits must be obtained before commencement of the development. 3.
