Dear Ms. Weber : This is to advise you that I shall be out of town and unable to attend the Environmental Advisory Council meeting normally scheduled for the third Wednesday of the month or June 20, 1990. I plan to have my mail held by the Post Office until my return June 28. Will you please advise me what I should do with documents that have been acted upon. May I add them to papers collected by the City for recycling or should I return them to the Plannibg Services Office? Sincerely, + `o~L` / 6eorge A. LLano, Ph. Weber Secretary I DATE: June 8, 1990 RE: June EAC Meeting Thank you for responding so quickly concerning the June 27, 1990 date for an EAC meeting. Only two members would be able to meet on this date. There would not be a quorum, therefore the June EAC meeting is being canceled. It is very important that members plan their schedules to attend the July 18, 1990 meeting. Since it has been necessary to cancel the June meeting, there will be a large number of petitions to be heard at this meeting. Again the next scheduled EAC meeting will be July 18, 1990. Please plan to attend. Thank you. ew90-213 cc: Chrono File Cecilia Martin, Planning Services
