This Easement is granted for the express purpose of providing Grantee temporary access to Grantor's lands as described above, and for the purpose of construction of the Extension of City Gate Blvd N as designed by Davidson Engineering, including, but not limited to the removal and installation of and storing material, utilities and equipment within the area identified. This Temporary Construction Easement shall expire one (1) year from the completion of the construction of the public improvements, or the termination of the contractor's one-year warranty period for the public improvements installed during this project (City Gate Blvd N Extension). Grantee shall restore the surface of the 0 Easement Area to the condition called out in the construction design plans for the Extension of City Gate Blvd N.
