All water and sewer facilities approved and accepted and required to be maintained by Collier County shall be conveyed to the County pursuant to the provisions set forth in Collier County Ordinance No. 97-17, as amended. You are reminded that it is your responsibility to petition the Development Services Director for final approval of the improvements upon the expiration of the minimum one (1) year maintenance period.
