The test was performed by the contractor Florida State Underground at noon on March 30, 1999. I observed at noon on March 31, 1999 a 3/4 inch drop in the water level at the most up stream manhole. This 3/4 inch drop equates to a loss of 4.9 gallons of water within the entire system.
