TERMINATION OF LEASE
(Orangetree Associates/Orange Tree Utilities,Inc.)
This Termination ("Termination") is made and entered into this L day of
O•r'L� , 2017, by and between Orangetree Associates, a Florida partnership
("Lessor") and Orange Tree Utility Co., f/k/a Orange Tree Utilities, Inc., a Florida corporation
("Lessee").
RECITALS:
A. Lessor and Lessee are parties to that certain Lease recorded in Official Records
Book 1347, Page 2359, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended and
restated in Amended and Restated Lease Agreement dated as of January 1, 2002 (collectively,
the "Lease") with respect to that certain real property (the "Property") more particularly
described on Exhibit"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
B. The Lease has been terminated and the parties desire to reflect such termination of
record.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter
contained, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties do hereby
agree as follows
TERMS:
Lessor and Lessee confirm that Lease has been terminated as of the date hereof and no
longer demises or encumbers the Property.
