(24 hours notice shall be by phone or fax and made during the workweek. To that end. We contacted multiple Demolition contractors to remove the structure all of whom have no interest in performing work in Copland. We have decided to donate the property in its entirety to the a NonProfit 501c_3. We will quit claim the property away and we request until the end of February before you have your hearing.
