Deputy McCormick was present and testified on 12/21/16, he was notified by Mercato Security Representatives that a vehicle was parked in a space reserved for handicapped patrons without displaying the proper certifications. Upon arriving on scene, he confirmed the violation and issued the citation. Special Magistrate Garretson, after hearing the testimony UPHELD issuance of the Citation and ordered the Respondent to pay a $250.00 fine, $50.00 in Operational Costs and a $5.00 Administrative Fee for a total amount due of$305.00 to be paid by March 17, 2017. 6.
