NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that:
SECTION ONE: AMENDMENTS TO SECTION 122-81
A. Section 122-81 is hereby amended to add the following geographic area or areas into the
Collier County Lighting District:
NAPLES PRODUCTION PARK STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT, an unplatted
subdivision, which is more particularly described as follows: SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP
49 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LYING IN COl .l .IFR COUNTY, FLORIDA.
B. Section 122-81 (100) is hereby amended to correct a scrivener's error:
IMMOKALEE, which is more particularly described as follows: ALL OF SECTION 36,
TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST; AND
THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 28; THE
SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTH HALF OF SECTION 29; THE EAST HALF AND
THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 30;

STATE ROAD 29; TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST;
ALL LANDS LYING IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SECTION THREE: REPEAL OF ORDINANCE
Collier County Ordinance No. 91-97, as amended, is hereby repealed in its entirety.

SECTION FOUR: INCLUSION IN THE CODE OF LAWS AND ORDINANCES
The provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the Code of Laws
and Ordinances of Collier County, Florida. The sections of the Ordinance may be renumbered or
re-lettered to accomplish such, and the word "ordinance" may be changed to "section", "article",
or any other appropriate word.
SECTION FIVE: CONFLICT AND SEVERABILITY
In the event this Ordinance conflicts with any other ordinance of Collier County or other
applicable law, the more restrictive shall apply. If any court of competent jurisdiction holds any
phrase or portion of the Ordinance invalid or unconstitutional, such portion shall be deemed a
separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portion.
SECTION SIX: EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall take effect upon filing with the Florida Department of State.
