record a Utility Easement from Collier County to the Collier County Water-Sewer District.
Please attest to Commissioner Fiala's signature as Chairman on the Utility Easement. Once
the attestation is complete, a Recording Form is attached to complete the transaction.
The Recording Form states the original Utility Easement should be returned to your office.
