THIS EASEMENT is made and entered into this3t) ay of 4bt434.4A 2016, by

JWC NAPLES 701, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, whose ailing address is 334
Broadway, Providence RI 02909 (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"), and the Board of
County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, as the Governing Board of Collier
County and as the Ex Officio Governing Board of the Collier County Water-Sewer
District, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 3335 East
Tamiami Trail, Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112, its successors and assigns (hereinafter
referred to as"Grantee").
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" are used for singular or plural. as the
context requires, and include all the parties to this instrument and their respective heirs, legal
representatives,successors and assigns.)
WITNESSETH:
Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration paid by the Grantee, receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby conveys, grants, bargains and sells unto the Grantee, a temporary license and privilege
to enter upon the following described lands located in Collier County, Florida,to wit:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT"A"
Subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record.
THIS PROPERTY IS NOT GRANTOR'S HOMESTEAD
This Easement is granted for the express purpose of providing Grantee temporary
access to Grantor's lands as described above, to remove and replace a plastic privacy fence
and Cocoplum hedge, and to remove trees, without replacement, and for the purpose of
working on Grantee's adjacent property and storing material and equipment during the
construction and installation of public improvements adjacent thereto. This Easement shall
expire one year beyond the official acceptance of the public improvements by the Board of
County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida. or the termination of the contractor's one year
warranty period for the public improvements installed during the Master Pump Station 303
Rehab Project No. 70050.14.1, whichever occurs first. Grantee shall restore the surface and
any improvements in the Easement Area, other than the trees removed, to the condition
existing prior to the commencement of construction adjacent thereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the GRANTOR has caused these presents to be executed the
day and year first above written.

A parcel of land located in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 14,Township 50 South, Range 25 East,Collier
County,Florida, being a portion of Lot 115 of Naples Groves and Truck Company's Little Farms No.2,
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 27A of the Public Records of Collier County,
Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 115,thence run N 89'31' 50" E along the South line of
Lot 115 for a distance of 25.00 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of Bayshore Drive (State
Road S-858);thence run N 00' 17'40"W along the Easterly right-of-way line of Bayshore Drive for a
