should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE.
Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!
8. The document was approved by the BCC on July 12,2016 and all changes made
during the meeting have been incorporated in the attached document. The County

RESOLUTION NO. 16- 1 5 0
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN
ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN TRACT A-
1, BLACK BEAR RIDGE PHASE 2, AND THE RIGHTS-OF-
WAY KNOWN AS WOLFE ROAD AND A PORTION OF
PRISTINE DRIVE, AS CONVEYED AND RECORDED IN
OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4869, PAGE 2896 AND OFFICIAL
RECORD BOOK 4981, PAGE 133, AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE
MAINTENANCE OBLIGATIONS.
WHEREAS, the final plat of Black Bear Ridge, Phase 2, was recorded on October 5, 2006 in Plat
Book 47, Page 40 of the Official Records of Collier County; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the Pristine Drive right-of-way was dedicated to the County as Tract A-1
on the Black Bear Ridge, Phase 2 plat, and the Wolfe Road right-of-way and a portion of the Pristine
Drive right-of-way were conveyed to the County, as recorded in Official Records Book 4981, Page 133,
and Official Record Book 4869, Page 2896; and
WHEREAS, the subject rights-of-way were conveyed to the County pursuant to development
commitments in the Wolf Creek PUD, Ordinance No. 13-37 and Palermo Cove PUD, Ordinance No. 13-
38; and
WHEREAS, the Growth Management Department on December 15, 2014, granted preliminary
acceptance of the improvements within the subject rights-of-way; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed and maintained the roadway and drainage
improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as required by the Land
Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 04-41, as amended); and
WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting final acceptance of the roadway and drainage
improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Growth Management Department has inspected the roadway and drainage
improvements, and is recommending acceptance of said facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance is hereby granted for those roadway and
drainage improvements in Tract A-1, Black Bear Ridge Phase 2, and Wolfe Road and a portion of Pristine
Drive, as described in O.R. Book 4869, Page 2896 and O.R. Book 4981, Page 133.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the roadway and drainage improvements
within Tract A-1, Black Bear Ridge Phase 2, and Wolfe Road and a portion of Pristine Drive, as described
in O.R. Book 4869, Page 2896 and O.R. Book 4981, Page 133, will be maintained by Collier County.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same, this 0.+� day of
