Office and all other parties except the BCC Chairman and the Clerk to the Board
5. The Chairman's signature line date has been entered as the date of BCC approval of the SRT
document or the final negotiated contract date whichever is applicable.
6. "Sign here"tabs are placed on the appropriate pages indicating where the Chairman's SRT
signature and initials are required.
7. In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip SRT
should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE.
Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!
8. The document was approved by the BCC on 06-28-16 and all changes made during SRT
the meeting have been incorporated in the attached document. The County
Attorney's Office has reviewed the changes,if applicable.
9. Initials of attorney verifying that the attached document is the version approved by the

A RESOLUTION SUPERCEDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2015-126 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE
COLLIER AREA TRANSIT (CAT) "ADVERTISING
POLICY AND STANDRADS" AND FEE POLICY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has the authority to approve
the Collier Area Transit(CAT) advertising policy, standards and fee policy; and
WHEREAS, on June 24, 2014, and after due consideration on its agenda and
majority vote, the Board adopted Resolution 2014-141 establishing the CAT advertising
Policy and Standards and the CAT Fee Policy; and
WHEREAS, on June 23, 2015, the Board adopted Resolution 2015-126,
superseding Resolution 2014-141, establishing Standards and Rate Schedule and
approving an advertising agreement,terms and conditions and package rates; and
WHEREAS, to maximize and generate revenues to supplement fares and cover
un-funded operating costs, the County may sell advertising space inside its transit buses,
on its fare media and in its transfer terminals, subject to the Board's established
Advertising Policy and Standards; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to implement terms and conditions and
package rates for the advertising policy.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY THAT:
1. The CAT Advertising Fee Policy as provided for pursuant to Resolution No. 2015-
126 is hereby superseded and replaced as follows:
I. PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to establish user fees that will partially offset the
cost of providing services to the taxpayers of Collier County.
II. LIMITATIONS
No Waiving of Fees. The Board of County Commissioners shall set all fees
and charges.No fees may be waived, except as stated herein.

2. Collier Area Transit (CAT) is hereby authorized to set advertising fees in accordance
with the below schedule:
