In addition to the uses permitted under the Agreement COUNTY may construct a new sixteen-inch (16") reclaim water main adjacent to the existing twelve inch (12") main in the Florida Power & Light right- of-way. Said sixteen-inch (16") reclaim water main shall be constructed as per Hole Montes, Inc. drawing dated April 9, 2002, called Project 2002.025. Drawing marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2. Except as expressly provided herein, the Agreement remains in full force and effect according to the terms and conditions contained therein.
