All interested parties are invited to appear and be heard. Copies of the proposed amendments
are available for public inspection in the Zoning and Land Development Review Section, Growth
Management Division,2800 N.Horseshoe Drive,Naples, Florida, between the hours of 8:00 A.M.
and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
Furthermore, materials will be made available for inspection at the Collier County Clerk's Office,
3299 Tamiami Trail East, Suite#401, Naples, Florida, one week prior to the scheduled hearing.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Collier County Board of County Com-
missioners with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he will need a
record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record
of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the
appeal is to be based.

As to question #1, with the exception of having the wrong hearing date, the rest of the proof is OK.
As to question #2, there is no legal issue with having different ad numbers at the bottom.

I'll ask NDN to change the meeting date on the ad to October 28 from the November 18 date.
I'll send a new completely separate request for the second ad and ask them to publish that on November 7th.
It think it may be easier than going back with a new request for two publication dates
But, I need to know if other than the meeting date, is that proof that I had forwarded O.K.?
I'm going to assume it won't matter that the notices will have identical ad numbers on them.
As soon as I hear back from you, I'll request the meeting date change for the notice running this Friday.

I'm not sure this was clear in the ad request(s) sent to the clerk, but this item will be heard by the
BCC twice, and the ad needs to run twice, as follows:
1. Ad runs on 10/17/14 for the 10/28/14 BCC hearing
2. Ad runs on 11/7/14 for the 11/18/14 BCC hearing
The proof that was just sent for approval has the wrong hearing date; it should be for the 10/28/14
hearing.
