COLLIER COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD
Naples, Florida, April 26, 2012 .
LET IT BE REMEMBERED the Collier County Code Enforcement Board, having
conducted business herein, met on this date at 9:00 AM in Workshop Session at the
Administrative Building "F," 3rd floor, Collier County Government Complex,
Naples, Florida, with the following persons present:
I. CALL TO ORDER—

A. Hearing rules and regulations
Mr. Ken Kelly asked o fix Article VI
• Move 4D to 4A and
• 4E would be moved to SA
Mr. Robert Kaufman would like the packets indexed before the packets go out to the
Board members. He stated that it takes a great deal of time to find the cases during the
hearing. His other suggestion was to keep the agenda numbers the same, and add
additional numbers on the side of our agendas, that only we would be able to see. Mr.
James Lavinski and Mr. Larry Mieszcak concurred with Mr. Kaufman about the length
of time it takes to find the cases during the hearing. They also agreed with Mr.
Kaufman referencing the packets being indexed.
Mr. Ken Kelly suggested all Board members to be supplied with Ipads and all
information be emailed in pdfformat to eliminate paper.
Due to other commitments of the Board members, it was agreed to continue the Code
Enforcement Board Workshop until after the hearing on May 24, 2012.
