Cautero, of Wilkison and Associates, Inc., representing Empowerment Alliance of SW Florida, petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the zoning classification of the herein described real property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, that: SECTION ONE: The zoning classification of the real property as more particularly described by Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, and located in Section 3, Township 47 South, Range 29 East, Collier County, Florida, is changed from C-4 with the Main Street Overlay Subdistrict (MSOSD) and C-5 with the Agri Business Overlay Subdistrict (AOSD) to RMF-6 and from RMF-6 to C-4 with the Main Street Overlay Subdistrict (MSOSD) in Immokalee and the Official Zoning Atlas Maps numbered 7903N and 7903S, as described in Ordinance 91-102, the Collier County Land Development Code are hereby amended accordingly. The herein described real property is the same for which the rezone is hereby approved subject to the conditions in Exhibit "B". SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of State.
