ORDER OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD THIS CAUSE came before the Code Enforcement Board upon the Respondent's Motion for Extension of Time to Comply,and the Code Enforcement Board,having reviewed the Motion,all associated documents and heard argument respective to all appropriate matters,issues the following Order: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. On January 29, 2016, Respondent entered into a Stipulation and were found guilty of violating of Collier County Land Development Code 04-41, AS AMENDED, Section 10.02.06(B)(1)(a) for interior improvements on a wooden structure consisting of electric, drywall, insulation, framing, trusses, and plumbing, all constructed without first obtaining the authorization of the required permits, inspections, and certificate of occupancy as required by the Collier County Building Department, which violation occurred on the property located at 1316 Orange Street, Immokalee, FL, Folio # 30733560007 (Legal Description: EDEN PARK 1ST ADD BLK 12 LOT 15). 2. An Order was entered by the Code Enforcement Board ordering Respondent to abate the violation on or before May 28, 2016, or a fine of$200.00 per day would be assessed for each day the violations continue thereafter until abatement is confirmed. (A copy of the Order is recorded at OR 5241,PG 1357) 3. On May 2,2016,Respondent filed a Request/Motion for Extension of Time to Comply. 4. Previously assessed operational costs of$65.43 have been paid. ORDER Based upon the foregoing Findings of Fact,and pursuant to the authority granted in Chapter 162,Florida Statutes,and Collier County Ordinance No.2007-44,as amended, it is hereby ORDERED: A.
