A RESOLUTION CONVEYING COUNTY PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE GULF HARBOR SUBDIVISION TO THE GULP
HARBOR YACHT CLUB, INC.

WHEREAS, Gulf Harbor Yacht Club, Inc. , a corporation S''
not-for-profit organized for the purposes of 0 '.

,• interest and welfare within Gulf Harbor Subdivision, Collier . `
County, Florida has applied to the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County for the issuance of a quit claim dood convoying
certain real property contained within the Gulf Harbor Subdivision
to Gulf Harbor Yacht Club, Inc. , and •
WHEREAS, the real property sought to be conveyed to Gulf
Harbor Yacht Club, Inc. will be used for the pleasure and recrea-
tion of the members of Gulf Harbor Yacht Club, Inc. , and is not
needed for County purposes other than for the easements and use
• restrictions contained within said Quit Claim Deed, and 16
WHEREAS, Gulf Harbor Yacht Club, Inc. in consideration of ,, '

the issuance of a quit claim deed will transmit to the Board of
County Commissioners of Collier County the amount of $1.00 in
