Respondents are found guilty of violating Collier County Land Development Code 04-41,AS AMENDED, Section 10.02.06(B)(I)(A). B. Respondents must abate the violation by applying for and obtaining all required Collier County Building Permits or demolition permits,inspections and Certificate of Completion/Occupancy by July 22,2016 or a fine of$250.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation remains thereafter.
