CIRCLE MEDIAN: • Bed lines need to be crisp and mechanically edged. • Weed the Junipers. • Trim all Euphorbia down to 12-14" and allow to flush out. • Replace one dead Euphorbia (NW side of circle) ENTRY EAST ROW: • No action required. ENTRY WEST ROW: • Trim Cabbage Palm fronds out of sidewalk area to 10' vertical clearance • Remove trash and debris from beneath Ficus hedge • Need a more sturdy solution for the rain sensor rather than the pvc pole with threaded mount. It keeps falling over. • Recommend replacing the Ficus hedge with Clusia as a future project. We recommend planting the Clusia hedge in front of the Ficus and allow it to grow to a desired 8-10' height then remove the Ficus behind. • Trim Ficus Tree at Azalea Lane off of sidewalk to 10' vertical clearance MAIN ENTRY ISLAND: • Replace (3) dead Euphorbia plants on south end of median. Trim all Euphorbia down to 12-14" and allow to flush out. • In general, there are significant infestations of weeds in the St. Augustine lawn in the entry medians and directory sign area. Strategize herbicide spray and patch with sod. Then keep up with weeds throughout year. • We recommend filling the space where the Oleander was with either 7 gallon lxora 'Trinidad', sourced from Boynton Botanicals or Petra Croton to match circle median and directory sign.
