. ' . WHEREAS, it has been requested of the Board of County Commissioners
that paving improvements be made to the street named Anderson Road for approxi-
mately 7,428 front feet of roadway; having the following .legal description;

As shown on the Official Tax Map No. 4A/2, all parcels
- being in Section 2, Township 49, Range 25, Collier
County, Florida. • _• _
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on January 23, 1979, •directed
the staff to schedule a public hearing for February 20, 1979 in the Boardroom, .
Building "F"; Collier County Courthouse, regarding the creation of a paving +
improvement district' and a tentative assessment roll for these improvements
. to Anderson Road for approximately 7,428 front feet and the County Engineer
presented a report and assessment roll to the Board showing an estimated
total cost of $98,471.59 and an approximate front foot assessment of $13.256810
for the requested paving and improvements for the subject street; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners in accordance with Collier .
,- County Ordinance No. 75-14 did order the public hearing to be held February 20,
..a 1979 to consider said paving improvement project and due notice of the hearing ,
was given in the Naples Daily News on January 30, 1979, and each of the owners '
of the properties to be benefited was noticed of the hearing by letter, which
set out the description of his property, the estimated amount of his assessment
and the scope of the work to be accomplished, and i
WHEREAS, the public hearing was held on February 20, 1979, at which

time it was concluded agreeable to said notice and to law, and after no objec-
tions having been filed or all objections having been overruled or adjusted, '
and 411 intorostod parsons having had opportunity to be heard, and the Board ", 1

`v having found that said improvements will confer a special benefit on parti-
cular properties; and
. I
WHEREAS, the final assessment roll shall be presented to the Board
of County Commissioners upon completion of the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that a paving improvement
district for Anderson Road for approximately 7,428 front feet of roadway is
hereby created, and shall be known as the "Anderson Rood ,Improvement District";
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the paving improvements for ■
so that street be accomplished in accordance with established Collier County
paving standards; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the cost of paving be paid
by special assessment under the provision of Collier County Ordinance No. 75-14.
COMMISSIONER Wimer offered the foregoing resolution and
