TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT, made and entered into this d\L7 day of , 2016, by
GREGORY REMI KEENE, as Trustee of the Gregory Remi Keene Trust Dated November 10, 2005,
(hereinafter referred to as the "Grantor"), whose post office address is 4245 4th Avenue NE,
Naples, FL 34120-9066, to the COLLIER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida,
hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee"), whose post office address is 3335 East Tamiami Trail,
Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112, its successors and assigns, as Grantee. (Wherever used herein
the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and their respective
heirs, legal representatives, successors or assigns.)
WITNESSETH:
Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration paid by the Grantee, receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby conveys, grants, bargains and sells unto the Grantee, a temporary license and privilege
to enter upon the following described lands located in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
South 50 feet of Tract 5, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 78, according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 16, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record.
THIS IS NOT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY.
This Easement is granted for the express purpose of providing Grantee temporary access
to Grantor's lands as described above, and for the purpose of storing material and equipment
during the construction and installation of public improvements adjacent thereto. This
Temporary Construction Easement shall expire upon the completion of the construction of public
improvements, but no sooner than three months from the date hereof. Grantee shall restore the
surface of the easement area to the condition existing prior to the commencement of
construction adjacent thereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be executed the date
