Property Manager of Saddlebrook Village,
On January 1, 2016 I observed a violation or violations of the County Code of Ordinances at your property
located at Saddlebrook Cir consisting of but not limited to:Unauthorized accumulation of litter prohibited..
Please see the applicable Ordinance section/s below:
Sec.118-64.-Unauthorized accumulation of litter prohibited.
Any unauthorized accumulation of litter on any property,vacant or improved,or on or upon any public street,
alley or other public or private place is a violation of this article.Any property owner,tenant,occupant,agent,
manager or other person who owns, maintains, or controls private improved or unimproved property is
hereby declared to be in violation of this article where any such unauthorized accumulation of litter is
maintained or is allowed to remain on such property.

Please abate the violation or violations by no later than 5:00 p.m. on January 4, 2016, by taking the
following action:
Contact investigator Goldsboro at(239) 537-9860 or upon receipt of this letter.
Voluntary compliance will be greatly appreciated. If you need more information or assistance please call
Public Utilities Customer Service (239) 252-2380. Once the violation is abated please call (239) 252-2380 to
arrange a compliance inspection.
Failure to abate the violation or to arrange a compliance inspection may result in enforcement action.Should
enforcement action ensue,civil penalties of up to$15,000.00 per violation may apply.

keeps closing the tops to the dumpster. If the doors
are closed please lift them up and put your trash
inside. We will be installing a camera in the next
few days and if you are caught leaving your trash
