Description: Garage door panel in disrepair.
Past Order(s): On November 6, 2015 the Special Magistrate issued a Finding of Fact,
Conclusion of Law and Order. The Respondent was found in violation of the
referenced ordinances and ordered to correct the violation. See the attached Order
of the Special Magistrate, OR 5217, PAGE 420 for more information.
The violation has been abated as of December 10, 2015.
FINES AND COSTS TO DATE ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Fines have accrued at a rate of$200.00 per day for the period from December 7, 2015 to
