1
will be no funding for this project until November . The

time for construction is March if all goes accordingly with
permits and paper work.
D . OLD BUSINESS
Bobby Fowler asked the status of the land swap between
the School Board and the BCC . Mr. Rice stated that the
School Board has the concept and it will go before their
next Board meeting and after their approval it will come
before the BCC for their approval .
E . NEW BUSINESS
Vice Chariman Chris Blunt questioned the possibility
of a bond issue or a nominal fee for recreation , since the
Parks Department will possibly not be receiving any monies
for development in the near future or any extra money for
new programs . Mr. Rice stated that most of our programs
have a charge to the participants , plus a sponsor fee to
cover the majority of the costs of the programs . Mr. Rice
stated until we have a community park , it would not be feasible
to charge the citizens for the facilities .
wow There being no further business , the meeting adjourned
