Indoor Air-conditioned self-storage buildings may be only permitted within 100 feet of the property line adjacent to Collier Boulevard if the building(s) is not visible from Collier Boulevard. A self-storage office and management facility is not subject to this distance limitation. 2. Access to Indoor Air-conditioned self storage buildings, including any roll up doors, shall only be allowed on the east side of the building, or on any other side of the building where such access is not visible from Collier Boulevard. Outdoor storage is prohibited. 3. Indoor Air-conditioned self storage buildings will be limited to a maximum zoned height of 50 feet. Revised 6/19/14 CP
