WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is authorized
pursuant to authority in Chapter 336.05, Florida Statutes to
name or rename streets and roads, except State Roads; and
•
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has been
requested to confirm the name of the following described road
and Third Street, Southeast:
• Road located in Section 15, T49S,
R27E one mile south of Golden Gate
Boulevard and 5 1/2 miles east of
SR 951 south of Unit 13 Golden Gate
Estates
WHEREAS, there appears to be no street presently recorded
with this name or a similar name; and .
WHEREAS, it is desirable for identification purposes to
confirm the name of this street ass
THIRD STREET, SOUTHEAST
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners that said street name is hereby confirmed;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded
in the PUblic Records of Collier County and noted upon the +
maps of the Street and Zoning Atlases of Collier County.
