RESOLUTION NO. 80- A RESOLUTION 'OF THE BOARD OF COLLIER ■ COUNTY COt4MISSIONERS APPROVING AND ENDORSING THE APPOINTMENT DESIGNATING MISS COLLIER COUNTY AS THE OFFICIAL COUNTY HOSTESS DURING HER REIGNING YEAR. WHEREAS, it is contemplated that there shall be from this time hence forward an annual Miss collier County Pngonnt that shall be conducted by the Collier County Agricultural Fair & Exposition, Inc. during the annual County Fair; and • WHEREAS, on the 13th day of January, 1980, Miss Tammy Anne Williams was selected Miss Collier County by an independent judging panel during the Fourth Collier County Fair and it in only fitting and proper that she be designated as the OFFICIAL COUNTY HOSTESS for Collier County, • NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, that Miss Tammy Anne Williams, reigning queen, in her capacity a© Mies Colilor County be designated to represent Collier County at the. annual Minn Florida Pageant and is hereb y appointed Official County Hostess • for Collier County to serve as such, .at'such times, places and functions as may be deemed appropriate and proper by this Board or their designee until a successor ban been neloatod. • The Clerk of this Board is hereby directed to forward a copy of this Resolution to each member of the Collier County Legislative Delegation. .
