USE OF PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED bk 37
IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

• WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Florida in

Chapter 125 and 163, Florida Statutes, has conferred on all .
counties in Florida the power to establish, coordinate and en--
force zoning and such business regulations as are necessary far •
• the protection of the public; ana

Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance establishing regulations for the

zoning of particular geographic divisions of the County, among
which is the granting of provisional uses; and
WHEREAS, the Coastal Area Planning Commission, being
the duly appointed and constituted planning board for the area.

• said regulations made and provided, and has considered the ad-
vlsability of Provisional Use .. LS.) in a njz ' _ zone for
the property hereinafter described, and has found as a matter
of fact that satisfactory provision and arrangement has been
made concerning all applicable matters requires by said regula-
tions and in accordance with Section 14-1D of the Zoning Regu-
lations for the Coastal Area Planning District; and

subject to the following conditions :
1. A site drainage plan be submitted to and approved by the County
Engineer prior to the issuance of any building permits.

Ranch Road and Gulf Shoro hrivo upon domnnd by tho nppropri.ata "
governmental agency if and when needed for the purpose of

requested by the Coastal Arca Planninrj Commiss.ian in their public
hearing on May 19, 1977:
1. To submit a site drainage plan to the County Engineer for
approval prior to the issuance of any building permits.
2. To donate 17.5 feet of ROW for Vanderbilt Beach Road and
Gulfahore Drive to the appropriate governmental agency when '
needed for the purpose of widening or improving these two
roads. .
