AFFIDAVIT OF LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
BEFORE ME, the undersigned officer authorized to take acknowledgements and administer oaths,
on this day personally appeared James M. Drescher, who is the Manager of JD Development 1, LLC, a
Wisconsin limited liability company(the"Company"), who upon being duly sworn,deposes and says:
1. The undersigned is over the age of 18 years, understands the obligations of an oath, and
has personal knowledge of the facts stated herein.
2. This Affidavit is made with regard to the following described real property (the
"Property").
The East 75 feet of the East 150 feet of Tract 8, Golden Gate Estates, Unit No
53, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 93, of the
Public Records of Collier County,Florida.
3. The Company is the owner of the Property by virtue of that certain General Warranty
Deed recorded July 16, 2015, in Official Records Book 5175, Page 19, of the Public Records of
Collier County, Florida.
4. The Company is duly organized and in good standing in the State of Wisconsin.
5. The Company was duly formed as a limited liability company under the laws of the State
of Wisconsin on September 25, 2001, has not been dissolved and remains in good-standing as of
the date hereof.
6. Affiant is the sole Member of the Company, and,as such, is fully authorized to make this
Affidavit for and on behalf of the Company with full knowledge of the facts set forth herein.
7. Neither the Company nor any of its Members are currently in bankruptcy nor has any
event occurred causing any Member, including any Member also serving as Manager, to become
dissociated as a member as provided applicable law.
8. The Company is not one of a family or group of entities. Or, if it is one of a family or
group of entities, none of the other entities in this family or group of entities is a debtor in
bankruptcy.
9. The Company is manager-managed.
10. That, pursuant to the Articles of Organization and Operating Agreement of the Company
and, if required by the Operating Agreement, in accordance with the affirmative vote and consent
of the Member(s)obtained in accordance with said Operating Agreement, James M. Drescher, as
Manager of the Company, has full power and authority to execute and deliver on behalf of the
Company any and all documents as required or as are otherwise reasonably necessary for
conveying the above-described property to Collier County (the "Buyer"), together with any and

all other documents required in connection with the sale and conveyance to Buyer of the
Property.
11. The Company has neither executed as of the date hereof nor intends at this time to
execute and record in the Public Records a certified statement limiting the authority of the
aforesaid Manager to execute and deliver on behalf of the Company any deed or other instrument
affecting the above described property.
12. Affiant with full knowledge and understanding that this Affidavit is made to induce
Buyer to purchase for value the above described property and that Buyer, pursuant to Section
605.04074(3), Florida Statutes, and the protection afforded thereby, will rely upon same to
establish the truth of the factual matters set forth herein; and, Affiant further acknowledges and
understands that this Affidavit is also made to induce First American Title Insurance Company to
insure title to the above described property based upon the representations and warranties set
forth herein.
