by the Office of the County Attorney.
4. All handwritten strike-through and revisions have been initialed by the County Attorney's N/A
Office and all other parties except the BCC Chairman and the Clerk to the Board
5. The Chairman's signature line date has been entered as the date of BCC approval of the JAK
document or the final negotiated contract date whichever is applicable.
6. "Sign here"tabs are placed on the appropriate pages indicating where the Chairman's JAK
signature and initials are required.
7. In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip N/A
should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE.
Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!
8. The document was approved by the BCC on 12/8/15 and all changes made during the
meeting have been incorporated in the attached document. The County Attorney's JAK
Office has reviewed the changes,if applicable.

RESOLUTION NO. 2015 - 250
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING BARRY GERENSTEIN
TO THE COLLIER COUNTY CITIZENS CORPS.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 2002-56 established the Collier County
Citizens Corps as an Advisory Committee to advise the Board of County Commissioners (Board)
on a wide range of domestic terrorism-related issues; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2002-56 provides that this Advisory Committee shall consist
of eleven voting members representing the Collier County Sheriff's Office, Community
Emergency Response Team, Collier Emergency Response Volunteers, Collier County Fire
Chiefs' Association, Civil Air Patrol, Coast Guard Auxiliary, American Red Cross, Salvation
Army, Retired Senior Volunteer Program, Collier County Veterans Council, and Collier County
Business/Industry; and
WHEREAS, the representative for the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)
has resigned; and
WHEREAS, the Greater Naples Fire District provided the Board with its nomination for
appointment of the replacement CERT liaison.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Community Emergency
Response Team (CERT) representative BARRY GERENSTEIN is hereby appointed to the
Collier County Citizens Corps to serve the remainder of a vacant term expiring on November 5,
2018.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after majority vote on the 8th day of December, 2015.
