A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, REPEALING AND REPLACING
RESOLUTION NO. 96-491, ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IN
ORDER TO MODIFY THE FEE SCHEDULE USED BY THE NATURAL
RESOURCES DEPARTMENT FOR ANALYTICAL AND PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER 1,
2014.
WHEREAS, the Natural Resources Department's Pollution Control Laboratory was created
to provide water quality monitoring services for the Pollution Control's water quality monitoring
program; and
WHEREAS, through its approval of Resolution No. 96-491, the Collier County Board of
County Commissioners (Board) established a fee schedule for analytical and professional services
provided by the Natural Resources Department in this regard to the general public, non-profit
organizations, and government agencies; and
WHEREAS, the Natural Resources Department has recommended that the Board update
this fee schedule to reflect the current costs for the analytical services, the addition of parameters
and professional services such as field sampling; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. The Board hereby modifies the Natural Resources Department Fee Schedule, as set forth in
the attached Exhibit A, which shall become effective on October 1, 2014.
2. On October 1, 2014, Resolution No. 96-491 and any and all amendments thereto will be
repealed and replaced and of no further force and effect.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second and majority vote on this the 140-1
