(to be referred to as "Contractor") and Collier County, Florida, (to be referred to as"Owner-). Statement of Understanding RE: Contract# 11-5673 Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Services In order to continue the services provided for in the original Contract document referenced above, the Contractor agrees to amend the Contract by extending the term of the contract up to one hundred and eighty (180) days (November 24, 2015 through May 22, 2016) or until a new contract award is made. The County reserves the right to extend this contract under the same terms and conditions herewith, upon approval by the Board of County Commissioners. All other terms and conditions of the agreement shall remain in force.
