You're receiving this final friendly reminder because we haven't received an e-mail with your company/firm's update. If the update isn't completed by Friday this week,your company/firm's lobbyist(s)files will be placed in the unknown file on Monday, April 11, 2016. Per Ordinance 2007-24, if your company/firm will be lobbying before any Board, Committee or Advisory you will need to pay the lobbyist fees again for the 09/2016 fiscal year. Each lobbyist for your company or firm will have to re-register and pay the lobbying fees ($25 per lobbyist) again. Friday, July 8, 2016 is the last day for updates before you are placed in the unknown list. If your Firm/Company hasn't updated your lists as required, the penalty is that the registration fee must be paid again. Remember that the Renewal Registration Fee's will be required again on or before October 1st (as it's the beginning of the County's fiscal year). All that is required for the update is an e-mail stating any changes (additions/deletions) to your client list as well as the Lobbyist that work for your Firm/Company.
