That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and

Easement to enter upon the lands described as follows:
See attached Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein by reference,
for the purpose of constructing public facilities in this area. This Temporary Construction?'
Easement shall expire upon completion of the construction of the public facilities in the area~
described above, or on or before December 1, 2002, whichever occurs first. Upon the'~
completion of construction, the Grantee shall restore the surface of the easement area to its
original condition.
