(ROBERT WELLS & GLADYS JOHNSON) Attached you will find the unrecorded Drainage and Maintenance Easement executed by Building Enterprises Corp. concerning the S. R. 29 - Immokalee Drainage Canal for your records. Our Department acquired the Drainage and Maintenance Easement but was unable to record in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. This was due to the fact that the owner of the property, Building Enterprises Corp., did not submit its payment to Collier County for the replacement of the culvert crossings.
