•This Assignment of Lease Agreement is dated this .of September, 2015, by and
between The Islands Marina, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and Port of the Islands
Properties,LLC,a Florida limited liability company,hereinafter collectively referred to as"Assignor",
and Prepmac LLC, a Florida limited liability company, hereinafter referred to as "Assignee". In
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars($10.00)and other good and valuable consideration paid on this
day,Assignor hereby assigns all its rights,interest and obligations in that certain Lease Agreement dated
December 19, 2008, by and between Assignor as Lessee and the Board of County Commissioners of
Collier County,Florida,as Lessor,to Assignee.
Assignee does hereby agree to assume all rights, interest and obligations of Lessee under said
Lease.
