• MONTH YEAR
ADMINISTRATION: Hire seasonal ranger; hire f/t ranger; interview for ranger positions;
attend initial meeting W/854 and OCPM for Barefoot Beach Improvements.
FIELD OPERATIONS: Routine patrol of beach and community parks, daily maintenance of
County vehicles 8. equipment; updated beach vendor permits; care and daily feeding of mounted
patrol horses; recorded daily park visitation; daily water testing for Clam Pass; picked up _
trash in parks and maintained park property; made extensive visitor contacts at all parks; enforded
County ordinances when necessary.

Naples. Canoe launch area opened at Clam Pass Park, hours of operation 8:00 am to dusk. Reland-
scaping of entrance signs at GGCP completed. (annuals added).

Special Projects:
Description: Renovations completed for Thanksgiving Festival at Airport Park in Immokalee.
(painting, repairs to grill system). Playground systems ordered for GGCP and Aaron Lutz Park.
($49,000) installation and delivery time 2-3 months. Tony Rosbough field renovations project
continues. Completion scheduled by mid February. OCPM administering project. Preliminary
design started for beach access cross overs located in North Naples. OCPM to administer project.
Park Supervision: Barefoot Beach county Park concession opening held on 11/27/93. Pre-b i d
meeting held on 11/19/93 for Clam Pass Generator. Bid opening date 12/8/93. Bid opening for
Caxambas/Cocohatchee concessions held on 11/5/93. No bidder responded, new RFP being developed.
Bid opening for Tigertail Concessions (recreational watercraft) held on 11/12/93. Executive Sum-
mary prepared to negotiate with R.F.A.

Consultants, Inc.with responsibility for land planning, rezoning and site engineering

pump stations, roads, parking lots, drainage, and water management facilities.

documents, project construction scheduling and project management.
1985 - 1986 Mr. Davis, while with the Nielson Company,worked in highway and heavy industrial
contracting; specifically in project estimating and management as related to the
following types of projects: State and Federal highways, power plants, and
wastewater treatment plants. Mr. Davis is experienced in calculating mass
diagrams including free haul and overhaul. Additional experience includes the
following: highway geometric design, traffic operations including progressive traffic
signal timing, trip generation including linear regression and the gravity mode.
Mr. Davis is knowledgeable in the area of computer programming. His computer
background also involves working with the following software: Autocad,Timberland
Accubid (job estimating software) and Earthwork (Quantity take-off software) and
various surface water management program.
1984 - 1985 Mr. Davis, working for Coastal Engineering Consultants, Inc., was involved in the

operated in conjunction with the local hospital, and a 9 hole golf course. My service
included two terms as President of the Park District and extensive board and committee

following my graduation from College. I started my landscape architecture
