BOARD OF THE COLLIER COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT, whose mailing address
is 3301 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, (hereinafter called the Granlor), Io
QUAIL CREEK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit
corporation, whose mailing address is 10915 Bonita Beach Road, Suile 1101, Bonita
Springs, Florida 34135 (hereinafter called the Grantee).
(Whenever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties
to this instrument and their respective heirs, successors and assigns.)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars, ($10.00) to it in hand paid by the Grantee, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee, the following
described land lying and being in Collier County, Florida:
See Attached Exhibit "A", which is incorporated herein by reference.
Subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations
Grantor herein reserves for itself, its successors and assigns, a
perpetual, non-exclusive easement, license, and privilege for utility
and maintenance purposes, on the following described lands located
in Collier County, Florida,

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be executed
in its name by its Board of County Comm:ssioners acting by the Chairman or Vice
