All work approved by this Agrecmenl must cease and not reslarl if the final plat is not submitted alld approved by thc Board of County Commissioners within this authorizntion period. No work is authorized under this Agreement prior to satislying the conditions (a) and (b) in Section 3 of this Agreement.
