A Public Hearing on this regulation will be held on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 2,
1998, at 5:05 P.M., in the Board of County Coramissioners Meeting Room, 3rd
Floor, Building "F," Collier County Government Center, 3301 East Tamiami
Trail, Naples, Florida. Final Adoption of the ordinance will be considered
at a second public hearing on December 16, 1998.
All interested parties are invited to appear and be heard. Copies of the
Proposed Ordinance are available for public inspection in the Current
Planning Section, Community Development Services Center, 2800 N. Horseshoe
Drive, Naples, Florida, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.,
Monday through Friday. Any questions pertaining to this regulation should
be directed tc the Current Planning Section.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Collier County Board
of County Commissioners with respec= to any matter considered at such
meeting or hearing, he will need a rec~rd of the proceedings, and for such
purpose, he may need to ensure Chat a verbatim record of the proceedings is
made, which record includes the tesrlmony and evidence upon which appeal is
to be based.
