Services Request Workshop
The subject workshop, scheduled for June 2, 2015 presents a great opportunity to more clearly understand the proposals submitted by Greater Naples Fire District
and Ochopee Fire Control. This workshop should be viewed as an information gathering and clarifying opportunity. We will provide each proposer with approximately 15 – 20 minutes to
present their proposal, followed by approximately 15 – 20 minutes to answer questions. There will be no decisions made until a future BCC meeting. If there are additional questions
remaining, they will be captured, answered and distributed appropriately.
The attached binder is intended to provide information to facilitate discussion. The binder is divided into
the following sections.
Tab 1 – This section contains the original request and addendums to seek best value proposals for the provision of fire service to areas of Collier County not
included in an independent fire district. The last page of this section includes a Collier County Fire District Map.
Tab 2 – This section is a condensed version of the request, along
with summary responses from each submitter. This is an attempt to provide a side-by-side view for each criterion outlined in the request.

4 – Proposal – Ochopee Fire Control
Tab 5 – This section includes clarifying questions that were addressed by the respective submitter after their proposal had been submitted.
In addition,
there is also a CD provided in your binder’s pocket that includes various reference material in support of the Ochopee Fire Control proposal.
